We will match any lower online price of a new Alpha-Stim^® device and offer you a $50 credit towards purchase of accessories or supplies as a thank you for bringing it to our attention. The following conditions apply: (1) To qualify, send an email to us at info@alleviahealth.com with a link to a domestic (U.S. based) website offering a better retail price on a new Alpha-Stim^® device of same model. (2) Our offer applies only to purchases or rentals of new Alpha-Stim^® devices purchased or rented directly from Allevia Health, Inc. or purchases of accessories or supplies made directly from Allevia Health, Inc. (3) This offer applies to new rentals and purchases only. (4) This offer may not be combined with our insurance filing services, although we will still offer a $50 supplies credit. (5) The $50 supplies credit will be awarded 40 days after purchase of the Alpha-Stim^® device or 40 days after rental program is initiated, and may be applied to supplies or accessories of your choice.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your Alpha-Stim® unit, return it within 30 days, postage prepaid, in its original salable condition, including all accessories, original packaging, manual, treatment protocols and DVD (if purchased with AS-100). Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number. The purchase price will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee and minus the cost of shipping and handling at the time of purchase. This policy applies only to Alpha-Stim® units purchased directly from Allevia Health, Inc. Sales of accessories, supplies, tapes, books and multiple units are final. Please see our rental policy for instructions on returns of rental units. For your protection, all packages should be sent to us through a traceable and insurable method. Please allow 21 days for us to process your credit.
